We sell natural forest products such as bear grass, mushrooms, salal, ferns, pinecones, and other botanical materials. All products are natural and may vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. Photos used on our website are for reference only.


3. Pricing

Prices are provided upon request and may vary depending on availability, season, or market conditions. All prices will be confirmed with you before we prepare your order.


4. Payment

Payment methods will be arranged directly with the customer when the order is confirmed. No payments are processed through the website.


5. Delivery or Pickup

We offer local delivery or arranged pickup depending on the location and availability. Delivery fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirming the order.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before we begin preparing them. Once an order is packed or scheduled for delivery, it cannot be canceled.


7. Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by carriers or traffic
• Items that spoil due to late pickup or unavailable customers

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (For Call/Email Orders)

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made from American Mountain Specialties when orders are placed by phone or email.


1. All Sales of Natural Forest Products

Because our products are natural items such as bear grass, salal, ferns, pinecones, snakegrass, and gourmet mushrooms, variations in size, shape, color, and texture are normal. For this reason, all sales may be final unless covered under the damaged-item policy below.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery or does not match your order:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your name, order details, and photos of the issue
• We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Perishable items
• Natural plant or forest goods that have dried, wilted, or changed after delivery
• Items exposed to handling, storage, or environmental conditions
• Items purchased by mistake
• Items delivered as described


4. Refunds

If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment arranged during the order
• Processing time depends on the payment provider
• Delivery fees are non-refundable


5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are packed or prepared for delivery. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
